The Deaf reserves the right to refuse you access to the Site or any of its resources, and to terminate or suspend your access at any time.
- Personal and Non-Commercial Use Limitation
This Site is for your personal and non-commercial use, unless otherwise specified. You may not use this Site for any other purpose, including any commercial purpose, without The Deaf’s express prior written consent. You may not modify, copy, distribute, display, send, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any information, content, software, products or services obtained from or otherwise connected to the Site.
- Product Purchases
Users may also use certain portions of the Site to link to third party websites in order to purchase products or services directly from third party Vendors. If you purchase products or services from a Vendor on the Vendor’s website, the Vendor, and not The Deaf, shall be responsible for all aspects of sales fulfillment generated from orders for Vendor’s services and/or products, including, without limitation, processing payments, shipping orders, providing order status information (such as confirmation and shipping status), ordering and stocking inventory, processing exceptions and returns, refunds and credits, and insuring shipments. The Deaf shall take no part in, and have no responsibility or liability for, Vendor sales transactions.
- Returns and Exchanges/Faulty Items/Miss shipments
Return or exchange of an item
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item(s) to us in their Original Condition within 30 days of receipt. You must return the item(s) to us, along with the return form enclosed with your purchase, in order to receive a refund or exchange.
“Original Condition” means the following
Include all tags and packaging.
Item may not have been used for any purpose other than trying it on.
Item may not be damaged or have any indications of wear that could prevent the item from being re-sold.
DO NOT place a label on the outside of the packaging and send the packaging back to us, if not in tact we will consider your return a damaged item.
We will issue a refund within 30 days of receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/color if preferred (subject to availability). Please note the following:
The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
The parcel can take up to 7 working days to be returned to our warehouse, unless sent via special delivery. Please allow 30 days for your refund or exchange to be processed.

Faulty Item/Wrong Item
If the item you received is faulty or not what you originally ordered, you have 30 days from receipt of the item to return it to us. Please contact customer care email email@example.com to assist you.
Please be prepared to provide the following information:
- Order number.
2. Your name and address.
3. Details of the product and the reason for return.
4. Whether you require a refund or a replacement.
We will then advise on how to proceed with the return. Once we receive the item and approve the return/defect, we will credit the account you appointed in the return form within 30 days.
If returning the item because of damaged goods, or if the return is due to a mistake made by The Deaf (www.The Deafshop.com), we will refund the cost of the item as well as the cost for returning it. Any exchange of items is subject to product availability.

Trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrighted works appearing in this Site are the property of The Deaf or the party that provided the trademarks, services marks, logos, and copyrighted works to The Deaf. The Deaf and any party that provided trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrighted works to The Deaf retain all rights with respect to any of their respective trademarks, service marks, logos, and copyrighted works appearing in this Site.
Notifications of claimed copyright infringement should be sent to the info@Thedeaf.nl and reference ‘Copyright Infringement’ in the subject line. The Deaf will not respond to inquiries where it determines no infringement has occurred.
